Payments for Gnossy are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Paddle’s checkout terms and refund policy.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Paddle’s checkout terms state otherwise.

Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy and applicable law. Gnossy does not issue refunds directly.
If you are a Consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights in your country. In some cases—especially for digital services made available immediately—those rights can be limited once access begins, depending on your checkout consent and local law.

How to request a refund
To request a refund, please contact Paddle using the instructions provided on your receipt / invoice email. Include your order number and the purchase email address.
If you can’t locate your receipt, email us at support@gnossy.com and include the email you used at checkout and the approximate date of purchase. We’ll help you find the right details to submit to Paddle.
