Gnossy is in early development. Please do not store sensitive personal information.
1) The service
Gnossy is a web-based productivity and planning app built around a simple loop: Log → Ask → Move → Progress. Features may change as the product evolves.
2) Accounts
Authentication is handled through supported providers (such as Google). You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your external account and for activity under your account.
3) Subscriptions & billing
Gnossy may offer a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle (our payment partner and merchant of record in supported regions).
Renewals: If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically until you cancel.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.

4) Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ data or bypass security controls.
- Do not upload malware, abuse the service, or interfere with normal operation.
- Do not store sensitive personal information (passwords, account numbers, medical data, etc.).
5) Your content
You retain ownership of content you create in Gnossy. You grant us permission to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the service.
6) Early development
The service is provided as-is while features are evolving. Things may change, break, or be reset during upgrades. We’ll aim to minimize disruption, but you should not rely on Gnossy as a sole system of record.
7) No warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that data will never be lost—especially during early development.
8) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gnossy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9) Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
