Gnossy is in early development. Please do not store sensitive personal information.
What we collect
Account info: If you sign in with Google, we store basic identifiers (such as name, email, and profile image) needed to create your account and keep you signed in.
Content you create: Logs, Asks, Moves, Progress items, and Profile preferences you save are stored so the app works.
Usage & diagnostics: We may collect limited technical data to improve reliability (error reports/stack traces). We may also collect basic usage analytics (e.g., button clicks, page flows) to understand what features are used. We aim to track metadata only—not the private text content you enter.
Billing: Payments are handled by Paddle. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
What we do not want
Please do not enter passwords, financial account numbers, medical details, government ID numbers, or other highly sensitive data.
How we use data
- Provide the core Gnossy experience (Log → Ask → Move → Progress).
- Maintain account access, security, and abuse prevention.
- Debug issues, improve performance, and ship product improvements.
- Understand feature usage to improve the product (high-level analytics).
Sharing & service providers
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers used to operate Gnossy (for example: hosting, database, authentication, billing, analytics, and error monitoring) only as needed to run the service.
Examples include: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Google (sign-in), Paddle (billing), and optional tools like error monitoring and analytics when enabled.
Retention
We keep data as long as needed to operate the service and comply with legal obligations. Because Gnossy is in early development, data may be reset during maintenance or major changes (we’ll aim to avoid resets, but it may happen during beta).
Your choices
You can stop using the service at any time. If you need help deleting your account data, contact us at OzRod3@gmail.com.
