Fastest way to get help

When you email support, include:

  • The email address you used to sign in with Google.
  • What page you were on and what you expected to happen.
  • Any error message you saw. Copy and paste is best.

Billing, refunds, and cancellations

Gnossy subscriptions are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

For refunds, billing issues, and cancellations, use the instructions in your Paddle receipt or invoice email. Include your order number and purchase email.

If you cannot find your receipt, email us and we will help you locate what you need to submit to Paddle.
