Billing, refunds, and cancellations

Gnossy subscriptions are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record.

For refunds, billing issues, and cancellations, use the instructions on your Paddle receipt / invoice email. Include your order number and purchase email.

If you can’t find your receipt, email us and we’ll help you locate what you need to submit to Paddle.
